We've been enjoying the grill lately, despite the less than ideal weather. We're having marinated beef and pepper shish kabobs tonight, and bacon/egg/onion/mushroom/cheese quiche tomorrow.
We've decided. No more processed foods. No more sugar. Bye bye to the unnaturally occurring foods. Hello to a healthier us. Our blog will tell the story of our journey from a lifestyle of bad eating to a lifestyle of nourishing delights. We will chronicle our journey from day 1--January 1st 2010. We will include our struggles and our triumphs. We'll let you in on the recipes we like and the new foods we discover. This will be fun!
